You were able to see them the first time, until they disappeared.

I'll re-do the first post of pics (post #4178) and then I'll wait a few hours and see if they are still visible to you and others before I go through the process of re-doing all of the photos.

Please let me know if you can see them later. Thanks.

If so, I'll re-do the ones above.

But just so you know, the first time I used photobucket and the pics were only visible for an hour, then everyone, including me, saw a box saying the photo wasn't able to be seen, or something like that.

Nope just that box again. The picture I posted is still there. How many photos do you have in photobucket? Have you used up all your allowed free storage?

Ok, I re-did all the photos with PhotoBucket again. Millie helped me with a tip about clearing my cache.

I hope y'all can see them now.

It is visible in FF and IE. Don't know about other browsers.

I can see quite a few more but not all of them. I changed browsers and it was the same in all except for what was showing when I couldn't see a photo.

IE- a box with a red x.
Chrome-that big square that says allow 3rd party hosting.
FF- a circle with a minus sign in the middle.

I don't know WTH is going on!

She realized I wasn't actually going there, so she decided to leave.

Still can only see the 3rd on of the chicken on top of the shavings.

This is the jump off place to get to the floor.

A quick exploration of the nearly empty shavings bag which will be dumped into the coop as soon as the chicken leaves it.

Molly checks out EVERYTHING. She is the most curious chicken I've ever had.

Coop traffic - keep to the right.

Dottie, the Wyandotte. This is a very easy going, friendly breed, but they don't like to be handled. She has a sister, who is finally grown her tail. She was nude back there for the last two years. I named her sister Dottie Fuzz-butt. But, now feathers are growing there and soon I won't be able to tell them apart as easily.

Front view - such a pretty face. Did you know chickens distinguish each other by looking at their faces. They're a lot like people that way. Good thing because when they get rain-soaked they all look the same, except for their faces. Molting changes everything too.

And here'e a pic of Dottie Fuzz-butt ...

Can see 2&3 in this one.

This one and the other Molly have these beautiful fan tails. She is a bit older - you can tell by her comb, which is larger and falls over, which is characteristic of Leghorns.

After I took the photo above, she came into the coop and was captured by a sun beam. She dropped to the floor with a thud and soaked it up.

Leghorns originated in Livorno, Italy. Anglicized to Ligorno, then Leghorn. Old-timers often call them Leggerns.

None in this one.

This is Heidi, a Buff (golden) Orpington. They are a large breed, but she's not as heavy as she looks. She's not fat, she's fluffy.

She's next to a Red Sex-Link (called a Comet in these here parts). All my red sex-links are named Sweetie.

A Comet weighs 4 - 5 lbs. Heidi is twice her size, but not twice her weight.

Here's a better pic of Lucy ...

Here's Tammy - she's one of 3 Plymouth Rocks (Barred Rocks). She lays large brown eggs, about 3-4 a week. Very gentle breed, easy going and she is best friend with one of the Black Australorps.

Here's the Australorp who is her best friend. They are usually side-by-side whenever I spot them. You can see Tammy in the dark shadow on the right.

Can see 2,3,&4 in this one.

I've never had this breed before and noticed that when they are very young, their comb and wattles are black. As they sexually mature, those turn red. The one with the full red comb and wattles, on the right, has just started laying.

P.S. All the way home from The Barn, where we got these girls, this Black Australorp with the reddest comb + wattle, talked non-stop. I would answer her and she would answer me back. Turns out they all like to talk.

So I named each one of them Gabby.
Some folks see a purple sheen, others blue. I see green.

I moved to the patio and a crowd gathered ...

Can see both of these.

odd, I can see all the photos.

Maybe there's something going on out there in the ether.

I'm done with this for now.

It's as fixed as it's gonna get.

Thanks for your help Millie! and Bomar!
